Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Bevan Interiors.

By accepting a quotation or instructing us to begin work, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Quotations

All quotations:

  • Are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

  • Are based on the information provided at the time of pricing

  • May be subject to revision if project scope changes

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing.


2. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in your quotation

  • Final payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to pause work if payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.


3. Variations & Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may:

  • Affect pricing

  • Extend project timelines

All variations will be discussed and agreed before additional work is carried out.


4. Materials

Where materials are specified:

  • We will source agreed materials as outlined in the quotation

  • Availability may occasionally affect lead times

  • Natural materials may vary slightly in colour or grain


5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by:

  • Material delays

  • Unforeseen structural issues

  • Client-requested changes

  • Weather conditions (where applicable)

We will communicate promptly regarding any delays.


6. Access & Site Conditions

Clients must:

  • Provide reasonable access to the property

  • Ensure the work area is cleared where possible

  • Inform us of any known structural or safety concerns

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed site issues.


7. Liability

We carry appropriate public liability insurance.

Bevan Interiors is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing defects

  • Structural issues not visible at the time of quotation

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed conditions

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.


8. Cancellation

If work is cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, costs incurred up to that point may be payable.


9. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our workmanship and will address any defects arising from installation within a reasonable timeframe.

This does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Misuse or damage caused after completion

  • Third-party modifications


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
